Coaching at Glasnevin LTC

GLTC has a variety of coaching options available for members. Coaches recognised by the club are Eoin Considine, Christine Treston, Nils Svard, Sophie O’Connor and Fernando Garcia Seeber, who all provide group and private lessons to club members. Group lessons are a great way to get to know other members, as well as an opportunity to arrange to meet new practice partners. In conjunction with coaching, social tennis events are also held regularly throughout the year, which are great fun and an opportunity to put all the coaching into practice. Tennis is usually followed by food and music in the lounge, again a nice way to meet people and integrate into the club. All of the club’s coaches are qualified with Tennis Ireland, are fully Garda vetted and have completed child protection training.

Eoin Considine

Director of Tennis

Eoin Considine is the Director of Tennis for GLTC. He is a Professional Tennis Coach who qualified with Tennis Ireland and in Spain. He has over 10 years of experience coaching players of all ages & abilities in Ireland, Spain, Australia & Scotland. In recent years, he has focused on helping Ireland's top junior players, offering them an individualised programme while travelling with them to top International tournaments around the world to test their skills against the best. He grew up in Dublin playing tennis since he was 5 years old and considers himself fortunate to have seen so much of the world through tennis.
